Cartoons by vmlojw. Started on Wednesday 5th April, 2006, in honour of spare time. The absence of spare time is easily tracked by the number of cartoons I put up. My aim is to do better than last year, whatever year it is.

Very good advice - with a twist! Now that you've taken the plunge for both marriage and buying a house, I hope you two find both ventures equally successful.
If you want opinions on buying property ask about ten people.
You will get 10 different and equally contradictory answers, all based on personal expwerience which you do not have and on available assets, which will not match yours.
Then toss a coin and decide what to do.
